Hispanic couple photoAs a Medicaid enrollee you can expect those providing transportation to maintain a professional level of service. This includes a vendor being respectful and punctual for all transportation. If this level of service is not provided there are multiple avenues for an enrollee to submit a complaint or concern regarding their transportation. These avenues include contacting MAS through your local 1-800 number, as well as a trip concern option for those who utilize the web based service. All comments and concerns will be documented and addressed accordingly.
