Chris Randall has spent the last 15 years of his career in ever-more increasing levels of responsibility within  business process outsourcing/call center industry training departments. Mr. Randall has worked for companies with training programs for up to 24,000 CSRs. Since beginning his tenure at MAS, Mr. Randall has assumed responsibility for all training functions, updated the MAS training program, materials and techniques. His contributions directly correlate to MAS’ ability to maintain, and grow, diversified training across the NYSDOH Medicaid transportation regions it serves.

Jennifer Bartlett brings over 20 years of expertise in leading health care organizations’ efforts in clinical and operation quality assurance, Medicaid compliance, human resources, and HIPPA compliance and reporting.  Ms. Bartlett will lead a team of four MAS Directors overseeing Medicaid policy application, employee training, Medicaid transportation utilization review and quality assurance and reporting. A new addition to MAS senior management, Ms. Bartlett most recently held the position of Vice President and Chief Quality, Medicaid Compliance and Privacy Officer at the Rome Memorial Hospital, Rome NY.  Ms. Bartlett’s experience working with numerous types of Medical practitioners across upstate New York will deepen MAS understanding of medical practitioner’s perspective and needs from the NYSDOH Medicaid transportation program.
