While increasing the transportation network, Ricky also managed to communicate with all hospitals within the five boroughs on a weekly basis to ensure there were no issues pertaining to Non-Emergency Transportation.

Ricky’s current role with Medical Answering Services is NYC- General Manager, it allows Ricky to continue to service the Medicaid population and assist all medical facilities.

Ricky believe his past years of experience in transportation allows him to understand what it takes to get the job done.
