Jonathan Suro is responsible for MAS Call Center Operations in 3 locations: Buffalo, New York and Syracuse. He has held operational management roles within the healthcare and financial verticals for over  15 years.  Most recently, Jonathan has worked in a senior leadership role managing more than 400 employees providing support and service for healthcare applicants within New York State.  Prior to that, Jonathan was a Director of Operations whose team provided customer and technical support for diabetic patients.

Mr. Suro brings a diverse and dynamic management approach to the MAS organization and will work with a team who is committed to service excellence; a principle that MAS has engrained into who we are.
