New Transportation Provider Issue Intake Process
Starting on Thursday, May 15, 2025, MAS launched a new Transportation Provider Issue Intake Process, which includes a dedicated phone line and email address, along with an online form to submit support requests.
Transportation Providers may contact MAS via the following methods:
1. Call or email the TP support hotline:

2. Submit your issues directly through our new online submission form: tpissues.medanswering.com
