Vincent Mavente is responsible for all MAS operations. He has held progressively more responsible roles in call center operations serving the New York State government for the past 20 years. Mavente worked in senior positions in outsourced call centers for ACS/Xerox managing, the NY Child Support Call Center and for Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC) managing Medicare Part D/NY Medicaid. Most recently he worked for a transportation authority overseeing sales and service of Medicaid transportation and various county programs.
Mr. Mavente brings the mature, thoughtful leadership needed to provide consistent day-to-day service and to capably resolve the occasional crisis that can arise.
