Chris Randall has spent the last 15 years of his career in ever-more increasing levels of responsibility within  business process outsourcing/call center industry training departments. Mr. Randall has worked for companies with training programs for up to 24,000 CSRs. Since beginning his tenure at MAS, Mr. Randall has assumed responsibility for all training functions, updated the MAS training program, materials and techniques. His contributions directly correlate to MAS’ ability to maintain, and grow, diversified training across the NYSDOH Medicaid transportation regions it serves.
