MAS call centers are experiencing a high volume of calls, leading to higher than normal wait times.

  • We encourage callers who are looking to confirm their appointments exist in the MAS system to use our automated phone system to do so.
  • We also encourage callers to confirm, through our automated system, the return rides and times scheduled from their appointments.

MAS authorizes return rides home from an appointment when the trip is originally scheduled. Therefore, no outreach to MAS for that return ride is required, one may reach out to the transportation provider directly for this return.

Additionally, those who do not need immediate trip assistance and who do not need to schedule trips in the next 3-4 days should consider waiting to call MAS until call center operations return to normal.
